  • Manage, plan, and execute all printed, digital, and physical design needs for a growing CPG hand tool brand [acquired placement in over 2,200  locations, including major retailers such as Lowe's, Home Depot, and ACE] – product packaging, retail merchandising displays, sales collateral, advertisements, enhanced digital content, social media graphics, trade show materials, etc.

  • Collaborate between Marketing, Product, and E-Commerce teams to brainstorm and develop breakthrough creative for 15-25 new product launches, 10-20 major marketing campaigns, 20-40 promotional sales, 5-10 trade shows,  and key initiatives each year

  • Maintain all digital and printed collateral, including a library of digital assets (i.e., original artwork,  photography, and video files) via a file-sharing platform

  • Coordinate the production of photography, video, literature, and packaging with a creative production team overseas
